Strategic Problem
Aya Port, a prominent eLearning designer, required a digital presence that did more than display work; she needed a system to visually validate her global client base and manage a complex intake process for various project types. The challenge was to create a high-trust environment where prospective clients could quickly verify her international reach and book targeted consultations with zero administrative friction.
Systemic Solution
I engineered a centralized professional ecosystem featuring a filterable project gallery and an interactive global client map. This solution utilizes an automated appointment booking system and a logic-based multi-step form to ensure that prospective clients are funneled into the correct service category before the initial call.
Methodology
As the lead strategist, I mapped the end-to-end user flow to identify high-friction points in the professional intake process. I utilized iterative InVision prototyping to validate the interaction design of the interactive map, ensuring that geographic social proof was directly linked to specific portfolio evidence for maximum credibility.
Design Strategy
I developed a sophisticated visual language by pairing the brand's primary green with a strategically selected complimentary palette to drive professional authority. I implemented a proof-first information architecture, where the interactive map acts as a visual executive summary of Aya's global impact, allowing users to move seamlessly from geographic validation to detailed case studies.
Client Collaboration
I acted as a strategic partner to the founder, translating her need for global visibility into a functional, web-performant technical reality. I balanced the creative requirements of an eLearning professional with the rigid functional needs of a lead-generation tool, ensuring the site appealed to high-tier corporate clients.
Operational Design
I architected the multi-step form and filtering system as modular components, allowing the consultancy to expand its service offerings without requiring structural redesigns. This infrastructure ensures that as the business grows, the automated intake logic remains resilient and adaptable to new market demands.
Reflection
This project proved that for global consultants, social proof must be interactive. I learned that a map is more than a graphic; when logically integrated with a portfolio, it becomes a dynamic credibility engine that closes the trust gap for international clients.
